The city centre is so tiny you can't even take a bus to get around - it would be quicker to walk The suburbs are also small in comparison to any major city I've lived in/been to. I can cycle from the centre to the edge of the suburbs in any direction in about an hour In a vehicle, it takes about 10 minutes if there isn't traffic. The city is quiet with a few busy areas. You won't see many pedestrians after say 9pm unless you happen to be in the city centre or the areas with a concentration of pubs. e Public transport is functional but not great -which is why most people use their own vehicles.
