I have a fairly regular routine in the morning, but today things did not go as planned. I usually wake up at 7 a.m. and immediately go for a run. However, this morning it was raining heavily, so I decided to do some yoga indoors instead. After my yoga session, I usually make a healthy breakfast consisting of oatmeal and fruit. But today, I realized I was out of oatmeal, so I had to settle for a bowl of cereal instead. After breakfast, I usually spend some time reading the news before starting work. However, today I received an urgent phone call that required my immediate attention. I had to skip reading the news and jump straight into work. Despite the unexpected changes to my routine, I managed to adapt and make the most of the situation.
