Convergent

Explicação

Volcanoes are typically formed at plate boundaries where there is subduction, or where plates are moving towards each other. This is known as a convergent boundary. At these boundaries, one plate is forced under another into the mantle where it melts and forms magma. This magma rises to the surface, where plates slide past each other, do not typically form volcanoes. Divergent boundaries, where plates are moving apart, can form volcanoes, but this is less common than at convergent boundaries.
